  • Technical Consulting and Support

The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project will be defined separately through proposals, quotations, or written agreements.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Avoid submitting or transmitting harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.

You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account or systems.

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or contract.
  • Project work may begin only after the required initial payment has been received.
  • Delayed payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • DigitalVerse retains ownership of its proprietary software, frameworks, automation workflows, templates, methodologies, and internal tools.
  • Upon full payment, the client receives ownership or the agreed usage rights for the final deliverables specified in the project agreement.
  • Third-party software, APIs, and licensed services remain subject to their respective license agreements.

5. AI Services

Some of our services rely on artificial intelligence technologies. While we strive to deliver accurate and reliable results, AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or require human review. Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before using it for business, legal, financial, or public purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms such as cloud providers, CRM systems, messaging platforms, payment gateways, or AI providers. We are not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, policy updates, or limitations imposed by these third-party providers.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties unless required by law or with prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical issues, security updates, or factors beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the agreed contract terms.

DigitalVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client:

  • Violates these Terms of Service.
  • Uses our services unlawfully.
  • Fails to meet payment obligations.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect personal data.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page together with the latest revision date.
